Please take a moment to tell us about the members of your household who will be joining us on Sunday.
*Add any other adult to your household who you give permission to pick up your child(ren) after service and receive emergency notifications about your child(ren).
*Add as many children to your household as needed. A child's birthdate & grade helps us separate them into classrooms by age (Nursery, Toddler, & Preschool) or grade (K-1st Grade & 2nd-5th Grade).
*Let our team know of any pertinent medical condition, specifically food allergies. As a note, we offer goldfish in the toddler & preschool classrooms.
